I get all of my dog’s food, clothes, and treats here. The owner Aroop is incredibly hands-on and knows the dogs by their first name. He even remembers my dog’s favorite treats. He’s very patient in helping me find the perfect jackets for my dog Bennie, and is so conscious of making sure I receive the receipts via email and find just what my dog needs. They also have an extensive collection of treats and clothes! It’s my first time to find a range of sizes as extensive as theirs. Bennie loves seeing Aroop!

Great customer service. I live in Melbourne and have just made my second order from Pets Palace. First purchase was a gorgeous grape collar for my frenchie. It was sent wrapped as a gift and even had a few treats. Received my order very quickly. Now I have ordered the matching lead. Prices good too. Very happy to support. small business.

Thank you, Aroop for taking such great care of Bennie while I was on holiday! Leaving Bennie behind is always the most difficult part of any travel for me. Luckily, Aroop was reassuring from start to end. Gave a lot of updates! Took Bennie on lots of adventures through walks and drives. Also did some troubleshooting by buying Bennie chicken whenever she kicked up a fuss and refused to eat her kibbles.

I had never left my 3 little dogs with anyone before and I was really really nervous so relieved and how professional and caring this place was so good to my dogs it was such a relief I was almost jealous how much they liked it

The best doggy daycare in the area. Don’t be put off by the late start with notice the owner will open earlier. Cheaper than any other doggy daycare in the area. It includes multiple walks and treats. My dog comes home so much calmer and less stressed then previous doggy daycares he’s been too. Can not recommend them enough!!

Wonderful Experience at pets palace I recently entrusted my rescue dog to Red for the first time, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Even though it was just for an hour, the staff were incredibly kind, caring, and attentive. They made sure my dog felt safe and comfortable, which was important to me as a new pet owner. Throughout my time away, they sent me plenty of pictures, which truly eased my worries and showed how happy my dog was. It's clear that they genuinely care about the animals they look after. I'm so grateful for their wonderful service and compassion. I highly recommend pets palace anyone looking for a loving and trustworthy place for their furry friends!

The gentleman who owns the store was lovely, and really cares for the animals. He’s a rescuer himself and we spent quite some time discussing the fostering and rescue struggles and rewarding moments. I’m not a local but work all over the city. Will 10/10 be dropping in whenever work permits!
